By using our website, calling our agents, or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a booking. By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is true and complete. If you are booking for others, you accept these Terms on their behalf and take full responsibility for ensuring their information is correct.

3. Our Services

Airfarepulse is an independent, third-party travel booking agency. We are not an airline, airline subsidiary, or official representative of any carrier. Our services include:

• Searching and comparing flight prices across multiple airlines.
• Booking tickets on your behalf through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and airline channels.
• Providing travel advice and fare guidance over the phone.
• Helping with flight changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Sending booking confirmations and e-tickets to your email.

Your agreement for air travel is directly with the airline. Airfarepulse is simply a middleman and booking helper. Please also read our Disclaimer for more details about our independent status.

4. Booking Accuracy

You are fully responsible for making sure all information you provide during booking is accurate, including:

• Passenger names: Must exactly match government-issued photo ID, including middle names if shown.
• Travel dates and destinations: Double-check all dates and airport codes before you pay.
• Date of birth: Needed for international bookings and airline records.
• Passport or travel document details: Required for all international trips.
• Contact info: A valid email and phone number for confirmations and updates.

Airfarepulse is not liable for costs or losses from incorrect information you provide. Name changes after ticketing may result in airline fees or require a new ticket.

5. Pricing and Service Fees

All fares on our website are starting fares only, subject to availability, and can change until your booking is confirmed and paid for. Airfarepulse may charge a service fee for booking, advice, or support. Any fee will be:

• Clearly told to you before you approve payment.
• Listed separately from the base fare and taxes.
• Confirmed in your booking receipt and confirmation email.

Service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for more.

6. Payment Authorization

Full payment is required at the time of booking. By giving your payment details to our agent and approving the charge, you authorize Airfarepulse to process the total amount using your chosen payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards and other options as disclosed by your agent.

Airfarepulse does not keep full card numbers. Card details given during a booking call are used only for that transaction and are handled according to our Privacy Policy. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Booking Confirmations

Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email with your itinerary, booking reference, and e-ticket details. Please check this carefully and contact us within 24 hours if anything seems wrong. We recommend saving or printing your confirmation for your records.

Your booking is not final until you receive a written confirmation email with a valid airline booking reference (PNR). Do not go to the airport based only on a verbal quote or incomplete booking.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are mostly set by the airline's fare rules. Key things to know:

• 24-hour free cancellation: Most tickets booked at least 7 days before departure can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, under U.S. DOT rules. Confirm eligibility with our agents when booking.
• Non-refundable tickets: Most economy fares cannot be refunded after the 24-hour window. You may get a travel credit for future use.
• Airline change fees: Fees depend on the airline, fare class, and route. Any change fee from the airline is your responsibility.
• Airfarepulse processing fee: A service fee may apply for changes or cancellations handled by our agents. This will be shared with you before any change is confirmed.

9. Airline Responsibility

Airlines are solely responsible for the actual travel service. Airfarepulse is not responsible for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or schedule changes by the airline.
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage.
• Denied boarding or involuntary bumping due to overbooking.
• In-flight service, meals, or entertainment.
• Missed connections caused by the airline.

In these cases, your rights are governed by the airline's conditions of carriage and U.S. DOT rules. Airfarepulse will assist in communicating with the airline on your behalf when possible.

10. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to have all required travel documents, including a valid passport, visa(s), Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), and any health paperwork needed by your destination or airline. Airfarepulse does not give immigration or legal advice. Entry rules can change without notice — always check with the official embassy or consulate of your destination and the airline before you go.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Airfarepulse's total liability to you for any claims related to our services will not exceed the service fees you paid to us for that specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of travel opportunities.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Airfarepulse or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission. Airline names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Hamilton County, Ohio. You agree to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Airfarepulse may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
